Asparagus

Asparagus can be found in three colors: green, white, and purple and is related to onions, leeks, and garlic. Asparagus does well in cold climates and has been cultivated for 2,500 years. It grows wild along rural ditches in nearby Idaho, many Idahoans call it, “ditch weed”.
