What a great collection of recipes!! Thanks for including Grandma’s rye bread – and thanks for sharing at the What’s for dinner party!! Hope to see you next week (well, tomorrow) too!
I keep forgetting my bingo card!! This is fun – Thanks for sharing at My Big Fat Menopausal Life’s Share the Wealth Party. Your participation is greatly appreciated!! Have a fabulous week.
Will do. I uses these in a few recipes I plan on posting in the future. I thought it would be easier to to post the instructions separately…. now I’m off to What’s for Dinner! http://www.lazygastronome.com/
My cooking blog gets posted to 3 to 4 times a week – the other three (yes, I have four and one is part of my side business) tend to get neglected. If you come up with a way to be more consistent, let me know!!
My AzusaAlumni.com sites sort of writes itself. I had been neglecting it for four years so I spent about 6 weeks of my morning computer time updating some back end stuff, menus, and the templates, now I have designated Friday ‘Azusa Day’ and I release a blog or two. If there is two or more I schedule the extras a day or 2 apart. Which is very helpful if you have time to do 2 or more blogs on the same site in one day. It spreads the wealth across several days.
inScore Order is a technically a blog but i only blog updates, Iv’e been neglecting my program a bit to get my other sites up to date and flowing.
juliegirlfriday.com and this one are challenging to get a blog a week. One of the tools that I find handy is the ability to make a draft. Whenever I have a brilliant or not so brilliant idea for a blog I draft a title and jot a few notes, then save the draft. Then when I have time to blog I review my drafts and pick one I feel like writing.
Huh, for a natural born city slicker, you turned out to be a darn good mountain lady. You may not have been tricked into fence fixing, yet, but I know for a fact that you have been involved in a few late night truck and horse rides that even some ladies born into the life, would not have handled so well
We have had problems with raccoons – they got under the house one year, ripped a whole in the heating duct and made a nice warm nest!! Also – fish and game told me not to feed the birds. When you do, you change their behavior and make them easy prey for the predatory animals and you will draw them into your yard (like coyotes). Feed the birds only in winter when they need the food. Let them forage otherwise and you’ll find less of the L’il Bastard type critters in your yard. 🙂

Nice job. Thanks for the mention!
I made a batch of this yesterday, we only had hickory pellets. It still came out good.
I want a gas stove!! Nice looking peppers there too. Be cool if you shared this at our recipe link up – What’s for Dinner

I actually wrote this a few years ago, I found it in my drafts. I guess I got sidetracked.
I have a great pic of Tigger by the bird feeder, I think on my Instagram. I’ll have to see if I can find it.
So, is that when you fall into a drift because you thought the crust was solid and a bogey man pulled you under??
Pretty much.
